Return Process

Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition and serial number of the returned device, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
